With your authority, we can contact the tenant directly to make appointments, to make the process as painless as possible and alleviate some of the Landlord’s workload.
Should any issues occur, we will liaise with you, as the landlord before going ahead with any work.
We will remind you when your certificate is due for renewal and where required arrange appointments with the tenant.
